I suppose I have come a long way since I first started some years ago with digital painting. I thought I might be able to make a career out of it, so I took college courses in the subject, but soon family problems caused me to put that on hold. Not to sound egotistical, either, but I did do well in my classes and the professor said I was skilled in realism. Holy Cow, Batman! Could this be why I only post my realism work?! What a revelation!
Apparently I need to make another step-by-step on how I do my work as well. I had another one but when my computer crashed, I obviously lost it. Please forgive me God, for I have sinned. Hopefully what I have up here for now will suffice for those who choose to not believe.
Put hers on top of the real one in Photoshop and switch the visibility on and off. You can see that everything matches up perfectly. TRY IT AND SEE FOR YOURSELF. Lighten both hers and the real one and you can see the jpeg compression in the dark areas is exactly the same. Put hers on 50% opacity and you can't even see it because it fits right in with the real one.
Go ahead. Do it. Then you can see for yourself.
